About our Rochester, NY Office
LeChase was founded in Rochester in 1944, and over the years the company has built projects in virtually every part of the city and its suburbs. “We’re a mid-sized city with ‘big-city’ access to excellent schools, colleges and cultural activities,” noted Senior Vice President Jim McKenna. “It’s no wonder Rochester is nationally recognized as a great place to live and do business.”
Today, LeChase continues to be recognized as the preeminent commercial builder in Rochester. Its local team remains committed to doing business – and delivering excellence – in its hometown and across the surrounding eight-county area bordered by Lake Ontario to the north.

”They did everything that we asked them to do, we worked extremely well together. They were easy to work with and were a true partner to us. There were many times when LeChase went above and beyond and I really appreciate that.

”Tough site to work on with no space, on top of neighbor's properties, built on critical operations to our business, tough pandemic environment. Communication was great and I felt informed of issues that might affect the project schedule.
