This project involves the demolition of an existing addition, renovation of the original building and construction of a two-story, 71,720-SF addition.

The residents will be divided into households of around 20 people and each group will have a dining area and lounge. The groups will surround a core area where therapy services will be provided. All bathrooms and common areas will comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act.

The 176-bed skilled nursing facility will have a new driveway and parking lot, new main entrance and updated stormwater management systems.
