Capital Properties | The Lodge at Croasdaile Farm
This project consisted of the construction of luxury apartments and townhomes located in the Croasdaile Farm community of North Durham. This two-phased project consists of the construction of a 320-unit apartment and townhome complex. The first phase includes the community pavilion, seven apartment buildings, detached garages and various site improvements. Eight additional apartment buildings will be constructed during the second phase. Amenities of this farmhouse-style community include an 8,000-SF community pavilion with a fitness center, resort style saltwater pool, kitchen and business center. Additional amenities include green spaces, nature trails, outdoor grilling areas and an on-site bark park for four-legged friends.
