Buffalo, N.Y., October 24, 2019 – LeChase today announced the opening of its new Buffalo area office located at 4225 Genesee St., Suite 200, Buffalo, NY 14225. The commercial construction company, which has done work in Buffalo for more than 20 years, has been continuously enhancing its presence in the area. LeChase’s new office – its third in Buffalo over the past six years – will provide nearly double the space for its staff, which has grown to 25 people in the region. As with its previous location, LeChase is leasing the space from McGuire Development Company, one of the firm’s trusted business partners.
“As development activity continues to remain strong across Western New York, LeChase has been steadily growing our talent and services to deliver successful construction projects that are reshaping the greater Buffalo landscape,” said Jeff Panza, LeChase’s regional operations manager. “We are very committed to the Buffalo market and had outgrown our current office space. In addition, we are always looking for both experienced as well as new talent to add to our operations and anticipate additional growth – both project-based and new hires – in the coming months.”
LeChase projects now underway in the Buffalo area include Elmwood Crossing, the development of the former Women & Children’s Hospital on Bryant St., the M&T Bank technology hub at Seneca One Tower, and a restoration of the historic Bent’s Opera House in Medina. Notable recently completed projects include the Explore & More Children’s Museum, the mixed-use facility at 500 Pearl, University at Buffalo’s Murchie Family Fieldhouse and the Lockport Family YMCA.
