The Karsh Alumni and Visitors Center at Duke University has received an American Architecture Award® – one of the most prestigious honors for design in the U.S. Now in its 26th year, the awards are presented in part by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.
LeChase was CM-at-Risk on the center, which opened last fall. The project has also won a citation from the publication American School & University, and a design award from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in Connecticut. Connecticut is home to the project’s design team, Centerbrook Architects and Planners, LLP.
